The final episode of the Drawing module is "RAINFOREST", you can see the details about this project here and the up close pics here.
The second module is all about Watercolours.........the Introduction class is about how to handle the brush, how to control the water and pigment ratio and practicing some important brush strokes.
Then the second class started off with two watercolour landscapes......I thought it is very important to teach kids about the strong power of simplicity, suggest with simple but effective techniques...........look at the various soft edges of the sky that add to realistic forms of clouds....if they had done these landscapes in the same way before knowing the technique, sure the sky would not have been very soft and subtle as these........here the sky is the supporting element of these two landscapes!
