Hubby n kids took part in The Music Run at Sentosa last Saturday. We saw mostly youngsters in the crowd and the place was very cheerful. But a long queue awaited at the station when we came back.

Sentosa, Palawan Beach

Not so crowded on mornings, it's a pleasant day. Be careful of oil spills everywhere in the water, my son got them on his skin and dress. We're seeing too many ships very near the beach.

"Go Green" Exhibition!

"Go Green"

These group of latest paintings are inspired by the theme "Go Green", I've tried to capture the light on landscapes true to Singapore. The paintings are done with a limited palette of three  primaries plus white. I used either warm/cool version of each.

These with other recent paintings are now on display in  Sengkang Public Library, Singapore till 30th September 2013.Welcome all!

Beat the Heat!

Beat the Heat!, 16" X 20", Oil on canvas

The Palawan beach in Sentosa is one of Singapore's family-friendly spots, people visiting throughout the year to cool themselves from scorching Sun. This is an aerial view of the beach from a small islet off the coast coast which is said to be the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, or Asia's closest point to the Equator.
