Week 1- Assignment from Schoolism's "Landscape Sketching in Watercolor and Gouache" course by Nathan Fowkes. This lesson is about value studies form masters, Nathan Fowkes has designed this as the basic foundation study and obviously learnt a lot from these little studies :)

USK 10X10 + ASEAN 50 + We Draw ASEAN Together

Opening of "USK 10X10 + ASEAN 50 + We Draw ASEAN Together" exhibition at GCV Temasek Polytechnic yesterday, many thanks for the entire team. I'm glad that two of my sketches were selected to be a part of the exhibition.
Exhibition runs till July 8.

Later in the afternoon, I attended artist Ch'ng Kiah Kiean's "Sketching with Ink  and twig" workshop, it was very interesting to make our own sketching tools and KK guided us with his 2 wonderful demos during outdoor sketching.

Looking forward for the ASEAN sketchwalk!!

Mother's Day!

Testing the pen gifted by Ritu on Mother's day. He said roses were finished in his bookshop and so he bought me a pen to sketch :D
